By submitting your online application you accept the relevant Terms and Conditions, which, if accepted by Nu Mobile Pty Ltd ("Nu"), forms the agreement between you and Nu. In purchasing or subscribing for a device, you are dealing with Nu and not with Kogan Mobile. Nu uses the Kogan name by authorisation.
